Chiropractor

Jason Arch D.C.

Dr. Jason Arch is dedicated to inspiring Hampton Roads communities towards a life of greater health and wellness through health education and Chiropractic care. Prior to his career as a Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Arch served 6 years in the United States Air Force working in Military Intelligence.

In his military role, he had the opportunity to work with each branch of the military and the NSA. Having served in the military himself, Dr. Arch understands the sacrifice and dedication required of our military service men and women.

Dr. Arch earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University in St. Louis, MO in 2013 and began practicing in Utah. He has completed post-graduate training in sports injuries and rehabilitation as well as endurance and strength training. In addition to his military and chiropractic careers, Dr. Arch has studied nutrition and biomechanics. Dr. Arch has been an active volunteer in numerous capacities over the years. He worked as a basketball coach for 6 years, led a young men’s mentoring program for 5 years and in Los Angeles he spent 2 years in full-time service volunteering in low-income areas. He enjoys speaking at local companies, schools and organizations on many health and wellness topics.

Dr. Arch stays active by practicing kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and enjoys spending time with his wife Natalie and their four children.

Michael Lynch D.C.

Dr. Michael Lynch is a dedicated chiropractor with over 10 years of experience in helping patients in Hampton Roads achieve their health goals. Since joining Kempsville Chiropractic in 2016 and becoming co-owner in 2023, Dr. Lynch been committed to providing personalized care for individuals of all ages—from infants to senior citizens.

Dr. Lynch graduated from the University of Vermont in Burlington, Vermont in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in athletic training. He continued his education by earning his Doctor of Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida in 2015, where he developed a strong foundation in holistic health. Dr. Lynch is licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine and is a member of the Virginia Chiropractic Association. His passion for chiropractic care extends to various communities, including athletes, veterans, and families

Outside the clinic, he enjoys the outdoors and is an avid sports enthusiast. Dr. Lynch’s commitment to health and wellness drives everything he does, and at Kempsville Chiropractic, we’re excited to partner with you on your journey to optimal health.

Sharinelle Pagán-Mercado D.C.

Dr. Sharinelle Pagán-Mercado is a dedicated chiropractor at Kempsville Chiropractic in Virginia Beach. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, South Carolina, in 2021, after completing a Bachelor of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology at Universidad Metropolitana in San Juan, Puerto Rico, in 2017.

Dr. Pagán-Mercado brings a unique blend of extensive clinical and scientific research experience, showcasing her commitment and passion for enhancing patient outcomes.

Growing up in Bayamón, Puerto Rico, provided Dr. Pagán-Mercado not only with beautiful beaches and the natural tropical beauty of the Caribbean but also with rich cultural experiences that have shaped her identity and the trajectory of her life.

Her upbringing instilled in Dr. Pagán-Mercado a profound calling to serve and improve the accessibility of chiropractic care to the Hispanic and Latino community in Hampton Roads.

In her free time, Dr. Pagán-Mercado enjoys watching TV shows and movies, caring for her three cats, and playing board games with her fiancé.
